Food and Beverage Industry Email Lists, Producer by Producer
Food and beverage businesses are personal. The owner of a family winery, a craft brewery or a fourth-generation farm usually knows their suppliers by name and is wary of anyone who clearly has not looked at what they make. Good outreach here is specific and seasonal, and it starts with a list that matches the producers you actually serve.
Coldlytics helps you build that list. Voyager DB has deep data on US food and beverage businesses, organized into specific sub-categories, so you can focus on breweries without wading through restaurants, or on farms without pulling in grocery stores. Then reveal verified contacts for owners, head brewers, winemakers and operations leads.
Agencies use these lists to sell branding, e-commerce and tasting room marketing. Suppliers use them to sell packaging, ingredients and equipment. Distributors use them to find new labels to carry.
How to Build a Food and Beverage Industry Email List in Voyager
To be upfront: Voyager does not have one "food and beverage producer" category. Producers are spread across specific sub-categories such as Brewery, Winery, Distillery and Bakery, or Farm under Agriculture & Industrial. That works in your favor, because you can combine exactly the ones that fit your offer.
Here is a real search we ran in the Coldlytics dashboard in October 2026: craft breweries and wineries across Oregon and Washington.
1Step 1: Run a specific search in Voyager DB
Open Voyager DB on the Companies tab. Under Categories, include Brewery and Winery.

Next, open Location and add Portland, OR, USA with a 150 mile radius. We started at 50 miles and widened it to take in the Willamette Valley wineries and the Seattle area breweries.

Then set Headcount to 1 to 100 employees. The search returns 1,234 producers, each with website, phone, address and categories.

2Step 2: Instantly reveal contacts and tag them
Click Reveal Contacts. The dialog shows 39 companies with 39 contacts ready to reveal instantly, plus 6 direct dials if you want them. We kept Contacts per company at 1 and created the tag Food Beverage Portland.
The cost shows up front: up to 39 credits. Twelve contacts were already verified, and 27 would be checked live and only delivered (and charged) if they passed. Catch-all emails are revealed free.

3Step 3: Check what was delivered and what it cost
The reveal delivered 37 verified emails for 37 credits, plus 2 catch-all emails at no charge. Anything that fails live verification is never delivered or charged.
4Step 4: Send the shortfall to Contact Research
1,195 of the 1,234 producers in our Portland search had no instantly revealable contact yet. For those, Contact Research finds owners, head brewers or winemakers for you, priced per contact found.
Click Find more in the reveal summary. That opens Contact Research with your search already filled in. In Targeting, choose the Key Decision Makers seniority and, if you like, specific job titles. You can also tick Find new companies beyond my search results and set the location and industry, so our team keeps sourcing companies that match when a smaller market runs thin. The screenshots below are from our construction search, but the steps are the same.

In Deliver, choose the data points you need and add any notes for the research team. The footer shows the cost before you launch, at 5 credits per researched contact.

When you are happy, click Launch Task. Researched contacts are delivered to your dashboard, usually within 24 hours on business days.
5Step 5: Find your list in Contacts and export it
Everything you reveal or research lands in Contacts. Filter Contacts by Food Beverage Portland and all 39 people are there: owners, founders, partners, general managers and a winemaker or two, with company, website, address and LinkedIn where we have it (email addresses are blurred in this screenshot).

Then click Export All to Download as CSV or send the list straight to HubSpot or Instantly.
Prefer to search people directly? Use the People tab
You do not have to start from companies. Switch to the People tab and filter on person-level fields such as Job Title, Department, Seniority, Contacts per Company and Contact Data (for example, only people with a direct dial or LinkedIn profile).
With the same Brewery, Winery, Portland and headcount filters, plus Owners/Founders and Directors & Executives under Seniority, the People tab shows 45 people, each with their job title and company, and you can reveal emails and direct dials right from the table.

That way you can see exactly who you will reach before you reveal anyone. People you have already revealed drop out of this view, so the count reads lower than the full market.

Food and Beverage Email Lists by Producer Type
Winery Email List
Wineries juggle production, distribution and direct-to-consumer sales through tasting rooms and wine clubs. That makes them receptive to e-commerce, club management and marketing offers. Owners and tasting room or marketing managers are the people to reach. The Winery sub-category is your starting point.
Brewery and Beer Industry Email List
Craft breweries are numerous, community focused and often founder led. They buy ingredients, packaging, canning services and taproom marketing. Use the Brewery sub-category, and consider adding Distillery if your offer suits both.
Agriculture Email List
Farms and agricultural businesses range from small family operations to large producers. Equipment dealers, seed and feed suppliers, financial services and agtech companies all sell here. The Farm sub-category under Agriculture & Industrial is the place to start, and Revenue helps focus on larger operations.
Poultry Industry Email List
Poultry producers and processors operate at scale and care about biosecurity, feed costs and equipment. Operations managers and owners are good contacts. A state filter helps, since poultry production is concentrated in certain regions.
Fishing Industry Email List
Commercial fishing operations and seafood processors are tied closely to coastal communities and seasons. Timing your outreach around the off-season improves response. Owners are usually the decision makers, and direct dials are often worth adding.
Horticulture Email List
Nurseries, greenhouses and growers sell plants to retailers, landscapers and consumers. They buy growing supplies, packaging and marketing help. Owners and nursery managers are good contacts, and spring is their busiest season, so reach out ahead of it.
Spice Industry Email List
Spice blenders, importers and specialty food makers are a small but distinctive niche, often with strong direct-to-consumer brands. Owners and founders respond well to packaging, e-commerce and wholesale offers. Social Profiles can help you find brands with an active online following.
