Credits are how you pay for contact data. Revealing a verified direct email from Voyager DB costs 1 credit, and adding a direct dial to that reveal is 1 more credit, charged only when we find the number. A contact hand-sourced by our research team costs 5 credits, with direct dials on researched contacts 5 extra.

Searching and exporting companies is free within your plan's allowance. You only spend credits when you reveal a person's email or phone number.

Both. The Free plan gives you 25 credits a month, forever, with no card required. The Growth plan also comes with a 7-day free trial that includes 150 credits, enough to run a real research task before you decide.

Launching research tasks and bulk reveals needs a trial or a paid plan. Instant reveals work on every plan, including Free.

On paid plans, unused credits roll over every month and stay yours until you cancel. On the Free plan, credits reset each month. Topped-up credits roll over just like included credits.

Yes. Every paid plan can top up at its per-credit rate: 19 cents on Starter, 14 cents on Growth and 12 cents on Pro. If you find yourself topping up every month, the next plan up is usually cheaper per credit.

When you launch a research task, the credits are reserved, not spent. You are only charged for the contacts we actually deliver, and any unused reserved credits return to your balance automatically.

Instant reveals show you the maximum cost before you commit, and your final spend never exceeds that quote.

No. Instant reveals automatically skip contacts you already own, and research tasks support suppression lists, so you can exclude your existing CRM contacts and previously delivered leads before we start.

No contract. You can cancel any time, self-serve, from your billing settings, and your plan runs until the end of the period you have paid for. If you just need a break, pause your subscription for a month instead and keep your credits.

After cancellation your account moves to the Free plan. You keep access to every contact you have revealed or received, but unused plan credits are forfeited when the cancellation takes effect, so use them up first.

Upon request, we can refund your last monthly payment, as long as the accrued credits have not been used. No questions asked.

Seat counts are total logins, including you: 1 on Free, 2 on Starter, 5 on Growth and 10 on Pro. Each teammate gets their own login with per-seat permissions for billing, launching research and revealing contacts. Paid plans can add seats for $19 a month each and remove them at any time.

If you need more than Pro, we build custom plans for larger agencies: pooled credits across clients, more seats, dedicated research capacity and priority support. Message us in the chat and tell us roughly how many contacts a month you need.

You may be on a retired plan such as Lite or Basic. You can keep it for as long as you like, and its exact terms are shown on your billing page. Switching to a current plan is one way: you cannot switch back afterwards.
