Hotel Email Lists That Get Past the Front Desk
Hotels are easy to find and surprisingly hard to reach. Call the main number and you get reception. Email the info address and you join a queue behind booking questions and lost-property requests. The people who choose vendors, such as general managers, owners, directors of sales and marketing managers, sit a layer behind all of that.
Coldlytics helps you reach that layer. Voyager DB has deep data on US hotels and wider hospitality businesses, including resorts, motels, campgrounds, tour operators and event venues. Filter by property type, location and size, then reveal verified contacts for the people who make decisions.
These lists are popular with agencies running hotel marketing, revenue management and booking engine vendors, linen and amenity suppliers, and anyone running luxury hotel email marketing campaigns.
How to Build a Hotel Email List in Voyager
Here is a real search we ran in the Coldlytics dashboard in October 2026. We started around Savannah, Georgia, and widened the radius to 400 miles to get a list big enough for a real campaign, so this one covers much of the Southeast rather than a single city.
1Step 1: Run a specific search in Voyager DB
Open Voyager DB on the Companies tab. Under Categories, include Hotel. Nothing else, so the list stays on actual properties.

Next, open Location and add Savannah, GA, USA with a 400 mile radius. With two filters applied, the search returns 3,479 hotels, from independent inns and boutique hotels to branded properties.

2Step 2: Instantly reveal contacts and tag them
Click Reveal Contacts. The dialog estimated about 156 hotels with 156 contacts available instantly. We asked for 60 contacts, one per property, left Seniority open, and created the tag Hotels Savannah.
The cost shows before you click: up to 60 credits, charged only for emails that pass live verification.

3Step 3: Check what was delivered and what it cost
60 verified emails were delivered for 60 credits. Three contacts failed live verification, so they were not delivered or charged.

4Step 4: Send the shortfall to Contact Research
The dialog could cover about 156 hotels in our search instantly, so most properties had no revealable contact yet. Contact Research finds general managers or directors of sales for you, priced per contact found.
Click Find more in the reveal summary. That opens Contact Research with your search already filled in. In Targeting, choose the Key Decision Makers seniority and, if you like, specific job titles. You can also tick Find new companies beyond my search results and set the location and industry, so our team keeps sourcing companies that match when a smaller market runs thin. The screenshots below are from our construction search, but the steps are the same.

In Deliver, choose the data points you need and add any notes for the research team. The footer shows the cost before you launch, at 5 credits per researched contact.

When you are happy, click Launch Task. Researched contacts are delivered to your dashboard, usually within 24 hours on business days.
5Step 5: Find your list in Contacts and export it
Everything you reveal or research lands in Contacts. Filter Contacts by Hotels Savannah and all 60 people are there, mostly owners, principals and general managers (emails and direct dials are blurred in this screenshot).

Then click Export All to Download as CSV or send the list straight to HubSpot or Instantly.
Prefer to search people directly? Use the People tab
You do not have to start from companies. Switch to the People tab and filter on person-level fields such as Job Title, Department, Seniority, Contacts per Company and Contact Data (for example, only people with a direct dial or LinkedIn profile).
With the same Hotel and Savannah filters, plus Owners/Founders and Directors & Executives under Seniority, the People tab shows 186 people, each with their job title and company, and you can reveal emails and direct dials right from the table.

That way you can see exactly who you will reach before you reveal anyone.

Hospitality Email Lists by Property Type
Hospitality Industry Email List
A broad hospitality industry email list can mix hotels, resorts, venues and travel businesses. It works best when your offer applies to all of them, such as staffing, payments or guest experience software. Include several Travel & Hospitality sub-categories in one search.
Resorts Email List
Resorts run several businesses under one roof: rooms, dining, spa, golf and events. That means more potential buyers per property. Target general managers plus department heads like spa or food and beverage directors.
Motels Email List
Motels are typically independently owned and operated, often by owners who live on site. Short, practical outreach works best, and direct dials are often worth adding. A highway-corridor location search can be surprisingly effective.
Tourism Industry Email List
Tour operators, attractions and destination businesses depend on seasonal demand and online visibility. They are a good fit for booking, review and marketing offers. The Tour Operator sub-category is a useful starting point.
Campgrounds Email List
Campgrounds and RV parks have grown steadily and many are still family owned. Owners are the decision makers. Reservation software, marketing and maintenance offers tend to fit well.
Leisure and Entertainment Email List
Entertainment venues, family attractions and leisure businesses sell experiences, so they care about bookings, events and group sales. Owners and marketing managers are the usual contacts.
Conference Centers Email List
Conference and event centers sell to planners and corporate groups. Directors of sales and event managers are the people to reach. Keep lists regional, since these venues compete within a market.
Luxury Hotel Email Marketing
If you are planning luxury hotel email marketing, the list matters more than the subject line. Luxury properties receive a lot of vendor pitches, and their teams are quick to spot a mass email. A few practical suggestions:
- Keep the list small and specific. Filter by city or destination, and check each property in the results table before you reveal contacts.
- Reach the right role. Directors of sales and marketing, general managers and owners are better targets than generic reservations contacts. Add those titles in Contact Research.
- Use more than one channel. Pair email with a LinkedIn touch, since luxury hospitality professionals tend to be active there.
- Be relevant. Mention something specific about the property or destination. A short, considered note beats a long pitch.
